Hens Awarded Huss MVP Trophy

CLAYSVILLE -- Release from Hens Public and Media Relations Office: "It is with great honor and pride that the Claysville Cackling Hens presented by Clean American Marcellus Shale begin to build our VFL trophy case just two seasons into existance with the hoisting of the prestigeous Huss MVP Trophy. There is a game within the game in this highly competitive league, and while our team on the field continues to improve, we can proudly exclaim that our promotions, graphics and design, and public and media relations teams and departments are the second to none and the class of the VFL. However, with success comes high expectations, and we fully expect the Hens to compete for a league championship in 2014. Our Claysvillians who show up to the #HenHouse each Sunday are the greatest fans in the world and truly deserve a championship to call their own. They have my word that we will toil without rest to make that dream a reality. I would also like to thank Commissioner Josh Eachus for leading the league through arguably the most successful season of VFL competition yet and offer my congratulations to Mr. Alix Kunkle and the Wampus Cats of Leesville for an entertaining championship showing and victory."
